Machine operators can signal events occuring at their working places by pressing one of buttons located at Andon terminal.

The control puplit (terminal) is a device mounted at production stand.

It contains six fully programmable buttons with built-in LEDs for visual signalling. Additional signal (alarm lamp) is mounted on post and therefore easily visible from distance.

Each signal can be independly controlled by turning on, off, and blinking.

The terminal is equipped with buzzer providing additional sound notification.

Andon system is able to process also events triggered by various electronic sensors for example temperature or humidity monitors or other systems used in production.

It can also handle events triggered by production line electronic aparature.

We are the designers and authors of the system. We can adapt it to specific customer needs and apply any customizations.

On customer's demand we offer custom designs of terminals.
